The Vibe

During the day, the lodge maintains relative silence to support rest, writing, remote work, and creative focus. This is designed for adults who need rest and focus. Evenings are more relaxed—time to connect with others, cook and share food, walk the land, or explore the surrounding Grey Highlands area.

What’s included

Accommodation at the SEED Lodge

Daily vegetarian breakfast and lunch (healthy and nutritious)

Access to forest trails and natural surroundings, close to the Bruce Trail

Optional yoga and breathwork sessions (varies by date)

Dinner is intentionally self-directed—you may cook in our facilities, bring pre-prepared meals, purchase one here or explore local prepared options.

Location

The SEED Lodge is located in the Grey Highlands of Ontario, making it an ideal personal wellness retreat near Toronto, approximately two hours north of the city.

Minimum stay: 2 nights include: morning breathing class with People of the Prana at 6:30-7:00am, Morning sauna, Breakfast, Lunch & one yoga class scheduled throughout the day (schedule varies depending on season)
