Authentically
You:
A Self-Image Branding Retreat & Photoshoot
4-Day Self-Image + Professional Photoshoot Retreat
Ready to stop hiding behind your laptop and actually show your face in your business?
Welcome to the retreat designed for entrepreneurs who want powerful, authentic brand photos and the inner confidence to actually use them.
Over four luxurious, soul-stretching days at the SEED Lodge, you’ll reshape your relationship to visibility, explore how you want to be seen in your business, and step into an upgraded identity that feels aligned, grounded, and deeply you.
And yes, you’ll also get a full, professional, pampered branding photoshoot.
This is not a quick “snap a pic” weekend.
This is your visibility metamorphosis.
Why Brand Photos Are About So Much More Than “Taking Pictures”
Brand photography isn’t just about capturing a flattering angle.
It’s an emotional, psychological, and energetic experience that reveals your relationship with your self-image.
Before the camera even comes out, you’re already working with questions like:
How do I see myself?
How do I think others see me?
How comfortable am I with being seen?
Do these two images match, or am I presenting an outdated version of myself?
What part of me is ready to be seen?
What part of me is afraid of being visible?
This retreat helps you explore that inner landscape with compassion, humour, and depth—because if your inner identity and your outer presentation don’t match, your brand will always feel “off,” no matter how good your photos are.
When your self-image and your outward expression finally align, everything shifts:
Your presence becomes magnetic
Your message lands clearly
Your audience feels your authenticity
Your nervous system relaxes
Your confidence deepens
And your photos become reflections of your true essence.
This retreat is where your inner identity and your business identity finally meet.
And the camera becomes the mirror that captures that moment of alignment.
What You’ll Experience:
Day One: The Glow-Up Starts Inside
This day is all about self-image transformation.
You’ll gently explore:
The beliefs, habits, and patterns that shape how you see yourself

Kundalini Yoga & Breathing Practices allow you to get you deeply attuned
Somatic + breathwork practices to regulate and ground your emotions
Art therapy and creative reflection to reconnect with your essence & help you express yourself
Playful presence work (to override the “I hate being photographed” voice)

You’ll explore:
Integration + identity anchoring
