A Nature-Based Wellness Retreat for Burnout, Restoration & Reconnection
Healing Through Food & the Earth is a nature-based wellness retreat designed for people experiencing burnout, exhaustion, or a deep sense of disconnection from what truly sustains them. How we eat—and how we relate to food, the land, and the sources of our sustenance—plays a powerful role in our physical health, emotional wellbeing, and nervous system balance.
In modern life, many of us have become separated from the foods that support us, the plants that grow around us, and the natural rhythms that once shaped daily life. This disconnection often shows up as chronic stress, fatigue, overwhelm, and a feeling of being out of alignment with ourselves and the world around us.
This retreat offers a return to what is essential.

Reconnecting with Food, Land, and the Body
During the retreat, you will spend time outdoors reconnecting with the land through hands-on, earth-based practices. Participants will take part in harvesting and foraging, preparing meals together, and making simple herbal medicines for themselves and the group. These shared experiences invite reflection on our relationship to being fed, receiving care, and participating in the cycle of giving and receiving that supports life.
Burnout and profound exhaustion often arise when we lose touch with what actually sustains us—and when we no longer practice those supports in our daily lives. This healing through food and earth retreat creates space to slow down, restore balance, and reconnect with what helps you feel steady, resourced, and alive.

Practices That Support Nervous System Regulation
The retreat is supported by integrative practices including Kundalini yoga, meditation, conscious breathing, and art therapy. These practices are designed to support nervous system regulation, deepen self-reflection, and help you identify what truly supports your wellbeing—physically, emotionally, creatively, and spiritually. You’ll also explore how to integrate these insights and practices into your life when you return home.
This is a holistic food and land retreat rooted in simplicity, presence, and connection. A weekend to ground yourself in nature, restore your energy, and rebuild a living relationship with food, land, and self.
