This Rest & Reconnect retreat is an invitation to come home to yourself.
We live in a culture that celebrates productivity, self-sacrifice, and constant doing—while rest, care, and self-love are often treated as indulgent or optional. Many of us feel guilty taking time for ourselves, placing our own needs at the bottom of the list. Over time, this disconnection shows up as burnout, chronic stress, anxiety, and a quiet drifting away from joy, inspiration, and what we love most.
This retreat is a gentle but powerful pause—a space to explore what self-love truly means, and what it looks like in practice.
Over five days, we will slow down and turn inward, focusing on the heart—the center of connection, vitality, and inner knowing. Through guided breathing practices, Kundalini yoga, and art therapy, you’ll be supported in reconnecting to your body, your breath, and the subtle signals of what brings you alive. This is not about fixing yourself, but about remembering how to listen—to pleasure, to curiosity, to rest, and to the quiet wisdom within.
With a full digital detox, nourishing meals, time in nature, and spacious days, you’ll be guided into a deep decompression of the nervous system. Together, we’ll create the conditions for clarity, softness, and renewal—so you can reconnect with what genuinely gives you joy, inspiration, and a sense of aliveness.
