When life gets busy (AND IT IS), it’s easy to lose sight of who you are and what your bigger life purpose is (we are talking about the existential good stuff). Or you are feeling ready for a big change but don’t know where to go or what to do.

Sometimes you need to step out of what you already know, so that you can discover who you really can be.

Kundalini yoga practice, an ancient yogic science that combines movements, mantra and breathing to help you connect to yourself more deeply.

Art Psychotherapy: “We think in pictures”. Powerful art therapy exercises give you concrete tools to re-imagine your future and tell a new story. Gather your images and create your real life vision board (no pinterest here) that you will take with you as a powerful reminder of where you are going. Tell the new story, write the script so that you can live it!. 

Mindfulness: Learn techniques to help you tune in and listen deeply to your intuition. 

Somatic therapy: Most manifestation techniques fail when they are not embodied. Through powerful practices you will learn how to step into your vision, and feel what it feels like to step into your goal achieved self. 

Nature: Be held by the tranquility of the land The SEED Lodge. She holds our dreams and prayers and feeds us. 

Community sharing: be supported and heard, make meaningful connection with others along the same path, and 

Being Fed: The food is part of it. The art is the other food.  Be nourished by someone lovingly feeding you while you feed your dreams (bliss).

  • Name the actionable steps so you can manifest your visions in the 3_D.

  • Create the visual road map of your life for the next 3 months, 6 months & one year ahead. (Remember that your mind thinks in pictures!)

  • Learn art therapy and yogic tools and techniques that break through creative blocks and get your juices flowing!

  • Be held in a supportive community and have fun in the process: all seeds need good soil to grow :) 

  • Align with the energy of the new year to reset, get clear and focus.

Through the powerful practice of Kundalini yoga, breathwork, quiet reflection and active art making, you will learn how to deeply listen to your inner wisdom, manifest your visions through art, and embody your goals all with the support of a nurturing community encouraging you along. 

We will draw, we will talk, we will make art, we will meditate, we will move. Together, we’ll process the past and set powerful intentions for the next season.

  • Creative Manifestation: “We think in images”. You need to see it to believe it! Through art therapy, translate your inner visions into tangible form. Through the power of images, colour, movement and shape give form to your dreams and begin shaping the world you wish to create.

  • Embodied Visioning: Visioning is a full body experience. Charge your intentions with ancient somatic practices so that you can feel your reality shifting. This is amplified by the energy of the Equinox, a potent time for prayer and meditation.

  • Be Witnessed: We cannot do these things on our own. Experience the power of being held in a nurturing community that wants you to succeed and holds you in love.

  • Be Supported: At the SEED Lodge you have the chance to unwind and be taken care of. You will experience home cooked meals, comforting herbal teas, quiet, clean air and beautiful skies to expand your vision while you engage in the creative process.

Soul Vision Retreat Schedule (3 day in person retreat @ the SEED Lodge):

Friday, January 2:

4pm - Arrival and settle in

6pm - Dinner

7:30 - Opening Circle: Intention setting, Kundalini Yoga set to clear the past and invite visions for the future.

5:30 - 7:00am | Kundalini Sadhana (early morning practice) optional.

7:00 - 9:30am | Breakfast, rest, sauna, walk

9:30 – 12:00 PM | Art Therapy Experiential: Creating the Road Map of Past and Future
Y
ou will be guided to delve deep and identify patterns, beliefs and behaviors from the past and harvest the teachings. 

12:00 – 1:00 PM | Nourishing Lunch & Rest
A seasonal, home-cooked meal to refuel. Time for quiet reflection, walking in nature, chatting with other participants, or journaling.

1:00 – 5:00 PM | Gathering the Visions: Dive into the Art Process to Make Your Dreams Manifest
Art therapy practices to give form to your dreams and visions. Through image, color, and symbol, begin shaping your soul’s roadmap (all materials are provided).

5:00 – 6:30 PM | Dinner

7:00 PM | Embodying the Vision
Kundalini yoga, meditation, and visualization practices to energize your goals. Anchor your vision in body and spirit so it feels alive and becomes embodied. Share within the community

Saturday, January 3:

Sunday, January 4:

5:30-7:00am | Kundalini Sadhana (early morning practice) optional.

9:00-11:00 | Kundalini Yoga to anchor in your vision. Create your goals for the next year. 

11:00 | Light lunch, pack up and retreat end. You are free to stay on the grounds until 2pm. 

The Practical Details:

  • The Soul-Vision Retreat includes all meals and all beverages (please be sure to let us know of any dietary needs at least two weeks ahead of time).

  • The retreat is available with your choice of onsite accommodation at the SEED lodge or not (pick what option suits you best). Choosing this option includes all meals, access to sauna and extra yoga classes (please see schedule).

  • The Seed Lodge is located right outside the small town of Rocklyn (2 hours north of Toronto near Blue Mountain). Getting here by car is easiest. There is public transport to Meaford and a taxi service from there. Please arrange ahead of time. Car pool might be possible (please be sure to indicate if you are able to offer a lift or if you need a lift).

  • There are 50 acres of farm and forest for you to explore & snow shoes are available in the winter months. Please be sure to bring appropriate foot wear and gear.

  • All art materials are provided for the workshop. You might be asked to bring some images that resonate with you or photographs which you find inspiring.

  • Psychotherapy coverage is available for the day retreat (Ontario and Quebec). Please inquire.

Hi, I’m Esther Kalaba, and I’m passionate about helping people tap into their creative life force energy and share it with the world. Being true to yourself is not only your soul’s purpose in this lifetime—it’s the greatest gift you can offer humanity.

For over 25 years, I’ve supported thousands of people, as an art therapist, somatic psychotherapist, breathwork teacher, and wellness consultant. My mission is to guide you through the deep, transformative work that connects you to your true essence and sets your dreams into motion.
