Awaken Consciousness.

Enter the Dream.

Remember Who You Are.

A woman is practicing yoga or meditation, sitting cross-legged with her hands in a prayer position, eyes closed, in a room with a large potted plant and candles. Another woman is lying down on a yoga mat, relaxed, with a therapist or instructor providing support. The setting appears calm and serene, likely a yoga or wellness studio.

  • "The Yoga Nidra training was, for me, a true inner journey. I was deeply touched by Marianne’s gentleness and precision. Her teaching is clear, structured, and profoundly human. I joined because I felt ready — ready to deepen my presence and bring Yoga Nidra into my work. Over these three days, I integrated far more than a method: a posture, a conscious slowness, a quality of inner listening. I leave feeling aligned, inspired, and deeply grateful."

    Neuro-Hypnosis Practitioner, Yoga Nidra Teacher

  • "I absolutely loved this training. It inspired and motivated me to move forward with my projects. I came out of it with greater confidence, thanks to both the tools shared and the way theory was embodied in practice. Marianne took the time to guide me with care and answer all my questions. I am deeply grateful for the wisdom she shared with us through Yoga Nidra. Thank you again."

Step Into the Practice Weekend Immersion — Yoga Nidra Training & Retreat

A woman with traditional attire and jewelry, sitting with her eyes closed, surrounded by smoke, emerging from a large pink lotus flower.

More than a training, this is a retreat into presence—a space to slow down, soften, and reconnect with the deeper layers of your being. Held within the nurturing and tranquil environment of the Seed Lodge, this immersive weekend is intentionally designed to balance learning, embodied practice, and integration. Between sessions, generous free time invites you to rest, walk in nature, journal, or simply absorb the subtle shifts unfolding within. These pauses are not secondary—they are essential, allowing the experience of Yoga Nidra to truly land in the body and consciousness.

This training is open to all. Whether you are a yoga teacher, therapist, healer, or simply feeling called to explore your inner world, you are warmly welcome. No prior experience in Yoga Nidra is required—only a willingness to listen, to feel, and to enter the quiet intelligence of awareness. For professionals, this immersion offers powerful and practical tools to confidently guide others. For personal seekers, it is a profound journey of rest, insight, and inner transformation.

This is a hands-on, deeply experiential training. Rather than focusing solely on theory, you will learn by practicing, feeling, guiding, and embodying the teachings. Through partner work, guided practices, and real-time feedback, you will gradually build both confidence and authenticity in your voice and presence.

By the end of this training, you will:

  • Feel confident guiding a complete Yoga Nidra session

  • Have a deep, embodied understanding of the practice and its purpose

  • Understand the 8 stages of Yoga Nidra and how to structure a session

  • Learn how to use language, rhythm, and tone to create safe and transformative spaces

  • Be able to write and deliver your own Yoga Nidra scripts

  • Develop your intuitive voice and personal guiding style

  • Experience profound rest and inner clarity

Rooted in ancient wisdom and inspired by the subtle teachings of Tantra and Kashmir Shaivism, this training is both grounded and expansive—offering you not only tools to share, but a direct experience of Yoga Nidra as a living path of awakening.

About Marianne Larochelle

Marianne Larochelle

Marianne Larochelle’s path with Yoga Nidra began as a deeply personal journey, rooted in a profound curiosity for the hidden landscapes of consciousness. For over thirty years, Marianne Larochelle has explored the transformative potential of Yoga, meditation, contemplative practices, and many different branches of mystery schools . It was through her own direct experience with Yoga Nidra that she discovered its remarkable capacity for healing, clarity, and inner expansion.

A group of people participating in a yoga or meditation class in a spacious, well-lit room with wood flooring and large windows with curtains. They are sitting on mats or cushions with some personal belongings and water bottles nearby.

Her practice has evolved beyond technique into a lived, embodied experience. Guided by the teachings of great masters from Kashmir Shaivism and the tantric tradition, Marianne has learned to navigate the many layers of the mind, the body, and the subtle self.

Deeply passionate about awakening consciousness, Marianne is equally devoted to the world of dreams and the power of imagination. She believes that imagination is not merely a faculty of the mind, but a gateway to remembering our true nature. Through her guidance, she invites others to rekindle this inner fire — to awaken their sensitivity, expand their perception, and reconnect with the deeper intelligence that lives within.

For Marianne, Yoga Nidra is not simply something to teach — it is an intimate dialogue with being. Her sessions are invitations to journey inward, to meet one’s patterns with awareness, and to rediscover the quiet presence at the heart of experience. Each practice becomes a living exploration, where the body softens, the mind opens, and the deeper currents of consciousness begin to reveal themselves.

Today, Marianne devotes her energy to sharing the teachings of Yoga Nidra as a living transmission. With authenticity and heart, she supports others in remembering who they truly are — so they may walk through life with greater clarity, inspiration, and a renewed sense of wonder.
